We can help with product availability, batch documents, order status, Interac e-Transfer payments and shipping within Canada. Include your order number, or the product name and the lot number from the vial label, along with a clear description of what you need.
Messages are answered during regular business hours. Please allow one to two business days for a reply, although many are answered sooner.
Paying for an order
Send your Interac e-Transfer to [email protected] and put your order number in the message. The full payment details are also in your order confirmation email. Please never send banking or card details by email.
